We spend a week or two figuring out where your team's communication breaks down. This usually involves sitting in on client meetings, reviewing call recordings, and interviewing your staff about what frustrates them.

Custom Curriculum Design

Training runs for 8-12 weeks depending on group size. Sessions are hands-on—your staff will practice client conversations, get feedback, and refine their approach. We're not big on lectures.

Three months after training wraps, we check in to see what's working and what isn't. If certain concepts didn't stick, we run targeted refresher sessions at no additional cost through early 2026.
